Affordable Family Cycle Hire, bikes delivered to you.

Our shop has a well signed traffic free cycle route (part of the Heritage Trail) within 50 metres of the shop door. This route takes you to Birches Valley, Cannock Chase Visitors' Centre, and The Museum of Cannock Chase. It links with the Fairoak Trail (known as the "Green Route")  and Perrys Trail (known as the "Blue Route"). There are also pleasant rides along the canal towpath to Fradley Junction and to the National Trust stately home and gardens at Shugborough Hall and the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust's animal charity centre at Wolseley Bridge. Our bikes are ideal for a leisurely exploration of Cannock Chase or the lanes and towpaths of the Trent Valley. They are NOT suitable for, and are NOT to be used on technical mountain bike trails such as Follow The Dog or The Monkey Trail.

You can choose to collect your bikes from our shop in Rugeley, it's an ideal place to start a ride from. However, if you would like to have the bikes delivered to your accommodation or campsite, we can arrange this at no extra cost.

· Photo I.D. and proof of address required.

· Cash Deposit of £25 per bike.

· Bikes must be returned by 4:30pm. unless a collection arrangement has been made.

· Deposits will be withheld and/or reasonable charges will be incurred in the event of damage 

or late return.

 We have a small fleet made up of 9 Raleigh Helion bikes: These are MTB style bikes with 650b sized wheels, Suntour front suspension froks and cable opperated disc brakes. We have 3 small, 3 medium and 3 large bikes. We also have 2  20 inch wheel Romet childrens bikes,  child seats and a "Trail Buddy" tagalong bike available.
